Rental Agreement Terms

  • The Rental Agreement is considered valid once the customer pays the agreed rental charge and Mithu Enterprise delivers the selected vehicle to the customer.

  • Any reservation deposit paid in advance will be adjusted against the total rental amount.

  • The rental payment must be made in full at the time of agreement, unless otherwise discussed and confirmed.

  • Vehicle delivery and pickup will occur at the agreed date, time, and location specified in the rental contract.

  • If the customer wishes to change rental details (e.g. date, time, duration, or vehicle type), prior written or verbal consent from Mithu Enterprise is required.

  • In the event of vehicle defects, Mithu Enterprise will promptly address and resolve the issue through repairs or vehicle replacement.

  • The customer or assigned driver must not use the rental vehicle in violation of any laws, traffic regulations, or public safety standards.

  • To confirm your booking, the customer must pay at least 50% of the rental amount in advance.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

In case of cancellation, Mithu Enterprise must be informed in writing (via email, message, or written form). Cancellation fees will apply based on the notice period:

  • 7 days or more before the rental date – No cancellation fee

  • 48 hours before the rental date – 30% of the total rental amount

  • 24 hours before the rental date – 50% of the total rental amount

  • No-show or same-day cancellation – No refund

Refund Process

Refunds for cancelled or unused bookings (if applicable) will be processed based on the cancellation terms above. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment source (bank account, mobile wallet, etc.) within 1–3 weeks, depending on banking procedures.

Note: Any transaction or service fees (including courier, bank, or mobile transfer charges) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Lost & Found Policy

If you leave behind personal items in the vehicle:

  1. Immediately after your trip, try to contact the driver directly. You will have received driver and vehicle details during booking confirmation.

  2. If the item is discovered later, contact our hotline as soon as possible and provide your booking reference and item description.

If the item is found and it clearly does not belong to Mithu Enterprise, we will arrange for its safe return.

Item Return Process

  • You may collect the item directly from our office in Uttara, Dhaka.

  • If delivery outside Dhaka is requested, courier charges must be paid upon delivery.

  • Mithu Enterprise is not responsible for items not found or confirmed missing. Customers are advised to double-check all belongings before returning the vehicle.
